We don't believe in one-size-fits-all rate cards. Every family gets a free consultation where we understand the child, the goal and the timeline. Then we build a quote that reflects exactly what's needed.
Send us your child's year level, what you're hoping for and any context (school, recent results, struggles).
One of our senior tutors runs a real diagnostic with your child. We see exactly where they sit and what they need.
You receive a written plan: program, format, frequency, expected timeline, and a transparent quote. No pressure.
If we're the right fit, we begin. If not, you walk away with a free diagnostic and a clear picture of where your child stands.
No hidden fees, no surprise charges. These are the real things that move pricing.
HSC senior subjects need specialist tutors. Primary tutoring uses different (more affordable) staff. Year 11 and 12 sits at the top end of the range; primary at the bottom.
Small group is more affordable. 1-on-1 is more intensive and personalised. Some families combine both — group during the week, private session before exams.
One session a week is different to three. Whether you're committing for a term or signing up for a holiday intensive shapes the package.
Single-subject tutoring is straightforward. Full Selective prep across all 4 modules, or HSC across multiple subjects, is a different scope of work.
Multiple children from the same family receive a sibling discount. Always. We'll factor it in automatically when we quote.
Term-by-term tutoring vs. intensive holiday blocks. Casual weekly sessions vs. exam-period sprints. We tailor pricing to the rhythm.
No matter the program, every family gets these. They're built into the price.
Before you pay a cent. We assess where your child sits and tell you honestly what's realistic.
A written plan with exact gaps to close, in what order, and how we'll measure progress.
Short, plain-English notes after every session covering what we did and what's next.
Past papers, drill packs, worked solutions, reading lists. No textbook fees, no surprise charges.
Quantified progress across each skill area, plus a clear next-term recommendation.
Up to 24 hours before your session, reschedule with no penalty. Life happens.
Weekly or fortnightly billing. Cancel any time with one week's notice.
Every additional sibling enrolled receives a discount on their ongoing rate.
Move between 1-on-1 and small group mid-term. We'll suggest a switch ourselves if needed.
Online or in-person, the lesson, plan and follow-up are identical. So is the price.
The price you agree to is the price you pay. No "premium materials" charges, no surprise fees.
If we don't think we're the right fit for your child, we'll say so. We refer families on every term.
Honestly? Because rate cards are misleading. Your child's needs determine the work. A Year 5 student with strong reading but weak thinking skills has a different program — and a different price — than one with the opposite profile. Publishing a number before we understand the child would be a marketing decision, not an honest one.
No. The trial is a real diagnostic lesson and a parent debrief at the end. We tell you what we saw, what we'd recommend, and roughly what it would cost. You decide. There's no pressure and no card on file.
Bank transfer, billed weekly or fortnightly depending on what works for you. No card surcharges. No setup fees.
Quotes reflect the actual program of work. We don't budge on price for the sake of it, but we'll happily restructure (fewer hours, group instead of 1-on-1, fortnightly instead of weekly) if budget is a real factor. We'd rather you stay enrolled at a sustainable pace.
Up to 24 hours before your session, reschedule with no penalty. Less than 24 hours and the session is charged in full. We hold a tutor's time for you, so we hold the slot.
Easy. Holidays, illness, exam-period focus elsewhere — life happens. Pause with a week's notice, restart when you're ready. Your tutor and time slot are protected for up to 4 weeks.
Yes, always. Multiple siblings or multiple subjects with the same child both reduce the per-hour rate. We'll factor this into the quote automatically.
Book a free 60-minute trial and consultation. We'll diagnose, discuss, and only then quote — based on what your child actually needs.
